About Madame Macs

Madame Macs aka Claudia has worked in bakeries in Australia, Canada and Belfast. Upon returning home, she saw the potential to delight macarons fans alike across Northern Ireland and ROI by specialising exclusively in French macarons.

Originally opened in 2020, she won three consecutive 1* awards at the Great Taste Awards, allowing her to identify as a Great Taste Producer.

 

But her favourite achievement is having baked macarons for almost forty weddings, and counting, across NI and ROI.

After a long haitus, she's back in 2026 with a focus on weddings, events and special occasion markets. 

​

When she's not baking, she's probably thinking about baking with a cuppa in hand.
